Ingredients
- 1 tub frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) 8oz tub, thawed to room temperature
- 1 package instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 bag mini marshmallows 10oz bag
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips for garnish
- Christmas colored sprinkle mix for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix and milk. Using a hand mixer, mix for approximately 2 minutes until it starts to look like a pudding consistency.
- Add in the molasses and vanilla extract. Mix together until it turns a light brown.
- Add whipped topping and blend one more time using the hand mixer until blended.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate chips and sprinkle mix.
