Ingredients
- 1 box Twinkies you'll use about 7-8 Twinkies
- 2-3 large ripe bananas thinly sliced
- 1 can crushed pineapple 20oz can, juices drained
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix 5.1oz box
- 2 ½ cups cold milk
- 12 oz Cool Whip topping thawed
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Spread ¼ of the Cool Whip topping into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish or similar size.
- Unwrap 7 Twinkies and slice each Twinkie cake in half, lengthwise.
- Line the sliced Twinkies into the baking dish.
- Place half of the sliced bananas on top of the Twinkie layer.
- Whisk the pudding and milk together in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Pour the pudding over the bananas and spread evenly.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple on top of the pudding layer.
- Add the remaining sliced bananas on top of the pineapple layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped cream on top of the banana layer.
- Top with crushed nuts. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Slice and serve with maraschino cherries for garnish, enjoy!
