Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix 18.25 box (for 9x13 pan)
- 2 eggs (or per brownie package instructions)
- ⅔ cup oil (or per brownie package instructions)
- 3 tbsp water (or per brownie package instructions)
- 2 packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 16oz packages
- 24-30 Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Bring cookie dough to room temperature (approx 30-60 minutes).
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Coat the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Layer the bottom of the pan with the cookie dough.
- Next layer the Oreo cookies. Approximately 6 rows of 4.
- Mix the brownie mix according to package directions and pour over top of the Oreo layer. Note: it will be a thin layer.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes. Use a toothpick to test if done.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
