Copycat Chick Fil A Nuggets and Chick Fil A Sauce

Nuggets
In a large bowl, combine the milk and pickle juice.
Add the chicken to the milk mixture ensuring they are all covered. Chill in the fridge for 1 to 3 hours.
Add the Ritz cracker crumbs, breadcrumbs, all-purpose flour, paprika, pepper, salt and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add peanut oil to a deep frying pan, dutch oven or deep fryer. Make sure you use enough oil to cover the nuggets.
Heat the oil to 350 to 360°F.
Add the breading mixture to a large ziptop bag. Add the chicken, seal the bag and shake until all are coated.
Add the nuggets to the oil and fry until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Make sure you work in batches so you don't overcrowd the pan.
Drain the nuggets on paper towels and repeat with the rest of the chicken.
Chick Fil A Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth.
