Caesar Stuffed Celery is a fun appetizer inspired by the classic Canadian Caesar cocktail. It has all those spicy, tangy flavors you love, tucked into crisp celery sticks with a creamy Clamato filling.
Wash and cut celery into sticks. Pat dry well so the filling sticks.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and mayo with an electric mixer until smooth.
Mix in Clamato juice, Worcestershire, horseradish, hot sauce, celery salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Taste and adjust. This is where you can make it spicier or more tangy.
Stir in bacon and green onions.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into each celery stick.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Top with extra bacon bits, celery salt, or other garnishes, as desired.
Notes
Use a piping bag (or zip-top bag with the corner snipped) to make them look extra pretty for photos.
Don’t skip the Clamato—it’s what makes it taste like a Caesar and not just a creamy dip.
If you love a spicy Caesar, bump up the horseradish and hot sauce.
