Imagine all the classic Big Mac flavors you love, stuffed into a crispy fried egg roll wrapper: seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, tangy pickles, and all the condiments. These Big Mac Egg Rolls are a tasty, fun twist on party food that will have everyone coming back for more.
In a large skillet over medium heat add your ground beef and dried minced onion.
Cook until the meat is browned, cooked through, and crumbled. Drain off any grease.
Add the mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and let cool for 5 minutes.
Lay out your egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape and lay down a slice of cheese on it.
Spoon between 2-3 tablespoons of the ground beef mixture onto the egg roll wrapper.
Add a few pieces of the chopped pickle.
Using a little water on your finger, wet each side of the wrapper.
Fold one side over tightly. Fold in the ends. Roll the rest up tightly. Repeat with the other egg rolls.
In a deep skillet, add about 1 inch of oil over medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot, add your egg rolls. Depending on how large your skillet it depends on how many you can fry at one time. Do not overcrowd the pan or have them touching.
Fry the egg rolls about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels or a cooling rack.
In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar.
