Step One

Add the Oreos to a food processor or high powered blender (like a Vitamix) and pulse until the cookies turn to crumbs.

Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Make sure to press some of the crust up the sides of the pie pan. Set aside in the fridge to chill.

Add in the maple syrup, chocolate syrup and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.

Spread mixture into the prepared pie pan and let chill in the fridge, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight.
