This gooey and sweet Easter dessert is a colorful snack made with crispy rice cereal, chocolate Easter eggs and Peeps! Fun for the kids to make (and eat!) and is a yummy holiday twist on a classic favorite no-bake treat.
Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the salted butter.
Once the butter has melted, add mini marshmallows and marshmallow fluff to the pan and stir constantly until the marshmallow fluff mixes in with the butter and everything is melted, combined and smooth.
Remove the pan from heat and pour the crispy rice cereal into the marshmallow mix and stir gently until everything is combined.
Gently, but quickly, fold in the chopped Easter marshmallow Peeps, Easter chocolate eggs, and chocolate robin eggs.
Spoon mixture into baking pan.
Wet your fingers with water and flatten the mixture evenly in the pan. Add on Easter sprinkles, if desired.
Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature or until firm before cutting into squares and serving.
