Slow-roasted chicken is the way to go! This one-pan chicken and rice dinner is easy to throw together with no work whatsoever.

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
4 cups long grain rice, uncooked
1 284ml can cream of mushroom soup
1 284ml can cream of celery soup
1 284ml can cold water
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 envelope onion soup mix
fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, stir together rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, water, parsley and curry powder. Spread on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top of chicken breasts.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 hours. No peeking!
