Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna Recipe

This cheesy meaty slow cooker lasagna is the best! Layers of ravioli and tomato sauce are baked until bubbly savory perfection for an easy Crockpot dinner! 

Step 1

Prepare the ground beef, cheeses, tomato sauce, seasoning, ravioli, onion, garlic, etc. This will save time!

Step 2

First, add oil to a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until ground beef is cooked and onions are translucent.

Next, stir in the crushed tomatoes into the beef mixture. Stir until mixed. 

Step 5

Heat until warmed through and just simmering.

Step 6

Next, spread a layer of the tomato meat sauce into the bottom of the Crockpot. 

Step 7

Next, add a layer of the ravioli on top of the tomato sauce. Make sure the layer is even! 

Step 8

Add a layer of shredded mozzarella. 

Step 9

Repeat with a layer of sauce, ravioli and mozzarella cheese until you end up with sauce on top.. Top with the  parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low for four hours.

Turn off the slow cooker and let sit for 20 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with dried parsley, if desired.
