I’m a serious coffee drinker. I mean I love my coffee and my day does not start right if I don’t have my morning cup. I usually end up drinking coffee throughout the day sometimes even before bed. Recently I was invited to become a K-Cup Ambassador and I was beyond delighted. I adore my new Keurig Special Edition Brewing System and am using it multiple times a day. I love all the variety of coffee flavours that I’m now able to try. It’s opened up my appreciation for coffee to a whole new level!
My very first mailer I received as part of the K-Cup Ambassador program was a gift basket filled with Green Mountain Coffee Wild Mountain Blueberry Coffee! I’ve never tried a blueberry flavoured coffee so I was curious to see how it would taste and if I would like it.
As I brewed my first cup, right away the sweet blueberry aroma filled my kitchen! It reminded me of our blueberry picking days as children in the Ottawa Valley. It’s a wonderful summer scent.
I only take cream in my coffee (no sugar for me) and took my first sip. It was amazing! It’s sweet and smooth and I’ve been drinking it non-stop since the basket arrived. In fact, I already finished an entire package of 12. I’ve been telling my friends that they need to try it! I’m hooked.
I’ve paired the coffee with a blueberry muffin for breakfast because the flavours complement each other so nicely. It’s also perfect as a dessert coffee. I imagine it would go beautifully with a piece of blueberry cheesecake or blueberry pie.
Wild Mountain Blueberry used to be sold as a warm-weather coffee, but I’m happy to say that you can now enjoy it year-round! It’s also Fair Trade Certified.
You can find the coffee online at Green Mountain Coffee or at your local grocery store, retail stores (like Target & Wal-Mart). Use the discount code YUMMY-8157 to save 15% on your purchase of all Green Mountain Coffee® flavored coffees available in K-Cup® packs at the Green Mountain coffee website.
Have you tried Wild Mountain Blueberry coffee yet? Do you think it’s a flavour you would enjoy?
