    2. I would surely eat this for breakfast and Im sure my family would too. I would rather have something like this to start my day off with then cereal or a donut . o many ways they can be made and this is a good idea to for those Christmas holiday breakfasts too.

    3. Ooh, the Sweet Potato Hash with Fried Eggs sounds wonderful. I know sweet potatoes are better for you than regular potatoes, too.
