Title: Kosher By Design Teens and 20-Somethings: cooking for the next generation
Author: Susie Fishbein
My Review:
I am a sucker for a good cookbook and take every chance to review them when they come my way. I work in the Junior High wing at my school so I thought I would take it to see what they thought about the recipes contained inside this one… the concensus is they loved it! I had them drooling over the recipes inside. Here are a sample of some of the dishes you will find in this book.
- Molten Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies {oh my!}
- Smashed Potatoes
- Confetti Spaghetti Squash
- Stuffed Mushrooms
- Pizza Soup
- Chocolate Fluffernutter Quesadillas
- Honey Mustard Slaw
Those are just a very few of the samples you’ll find in theses delicious pages! Every recipe has a full paged color photo and easy to read, unsderstand and to follow directions. No wacky ingredients you have never even heard of before… just the kind of cookbook I love.
There are main dishes, drinks, appetizers, desserts, salads… the list goes on.
I am sure this food will please the pallette of most if not all members of your family. New recipes, twists on favorites and bright flavorful foods will keep you coming back to try new dishes. Happy cooking! {Just for the record, this book is hte 7th in Ms. Fishbein’s cookbook series… check out her other books as well!}
*I received a copy of this book to review but I was not financially compensated in any way. The opinions expressed are my own and are based on my observations while reading this novel.*
