Sugar and Spice Muffins are cake-like muffins that are the perfect treat with a tea or coffee. Enjoy the yummy Snickerdoodle flavors with a cinnamon and sugar topping.
Sugar and Spice Muffins
One of my favourite morning treats is a sweet muffin and a hot coffee. I sit down at my computer, sip, eat and enjoy the quiet time. Sugar and Spice Muffins are the perfect addition to your morning routine. Indulge a little…every once in a while.
What I like most about these muffins, besides the taste, is that they are super easy to prepare. You can easily whip up a dozen muffins in 30 minutes. Your kitchen is going to smell SO delicious. I promise.
The muffins taste a little like a cake. They are moist, not overly sweet with a hint of nutmeg.
The topping is a blend of melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Think Snickerdoodles. Yummy!
This recipe reminds me of that childhood poem that goes, “Sugar and spice and everything nice!”.
