Lots of wonderful goodies! This Lucky Iron Fish is to be used in your cooking to help increase iron content in your food. I’m interested in trying it because I once struggled with an iron deficiency. They donate a fish to a family in need for every fish that is sold.

HOBBS TEA Tea Traveler Pack has an assortment of five unique teas in a variety of flavours. These are single-origin, organic teas that have been handpacked in Haleiwa, Hawaii. My cousin and I joke that our aprons are our “uniforms” when we are busy baking up a storm. We’ll be fighting over this beautiful Liz Alig Upcycled Apron. It’s handmade in Haiti and Ghana from upcycled dress shirts! As you can see from the tag, they give back by providing women in poverty with meaningful jobs. I love it because it’s unlike any of the other aprons I own.

This Balance necklace from Dogeared Jewelry is simple and elegant. It’s handcrafted in Los Angeles and manufactured according to B-Corporation standards of transparency and ethics. I love what it represents. A happy life is about balance and not perfection. Every time I wear this necklace I’m reminded of that fact. Words to live by!

Lastly, I received this lovely hand-lettered print by artist Jenessa Wait. It carries on the theme of gratitude. I have it on the fridge right now to serve as a reminder to follow this valuable advice.
