July Nerd Block Jr.
It’s always a good day when that purple box shows up at my door. My daughter, Bridget, loves her monthly surprises from Nerd Block Jr. As her mom, I’m glad to see her enjoying the deliveries. It’s something fun to look forward to each month.
Our July Nerd Block Jr. box had a variety of fun treats inside including a few books! Bridget has fallen in love with reading over the past few months. She’s my little bookworm following in my footsteps.
Here’s a look at what was inside our July Nerd Block Jr. for girls.
First up is this Yummy Breakfast Enamel Keychain. It’s quite fitting it’s a pizza with all the pizza recipes I’ve been making lately.
I remember reading OWL magazine when I was a kid too. Talk about a blast from the past!
I did a doubletake when I pulled the book, Stranded by Jeff Probst, from the box. He’s the host of Survivor. I didn’t know he was also a New York Times bestselling author too. Then again, it’s been years since I’ve watched reality TV.
John wants to keep this comic book, Plants vs. Zombies. He’s obsessed with The Walking Dead and wants to add it to his collection of action figures and zombie paraphernalia.
I wasn’t sure at first what this next item was. It’s actually a Wonder Woman pen with a stamp on the other end. Bridget thought it was “cool”.
Frozen toys are still as hot as ever! This Frozen bag makes a great beach bag.
Nerd Block Jr. subscriptions are geared towards kids ages 6 to 11 years old and come in either boy or girl themes. They ship out every month on the 15th for a cost of $13.99/month. Great selection this month!
I know a few children who would love to get this every month. Wish I could afford to do that for them.
We have been wondering what types of stuff is in the Nerd Block Jr. We already get classic Nerd Block, the new comic block and Arcade block. I’m guessing we should get one boy and one girl subscription for our little ones!
This was a really cool box this month! I’m sure she loved the pen and the Frozen bag. I didn’t know Jeff Probst wrote a book either. Every time I see this sub. box there’s things in it I wouldn’t mind having. lol Thanks for the review. ๐
I’m not surprised that Bridget looks forward to these parcels, it’s like Christmas every month ๐
