One Minute Brownie Cups

This recipe for One Minute Brownie Cups couldn’t be any easier. You can have a rich, sweet indulgence ready in just one minute. Your home will smell like you’ve been baking all day! They are really the perfect sweet snack. I also like that they are tiny so I don’t feel too guilty indulging.

See I told you that it was easy! I use egg cups because they are small. You can increase the ingredient amounts and use a larger bowl if you like. I will often mix everything together before dinner and then pop each one in the microwave when it’s time for dessert. The kids and John love this recipe.

I found these little tiny spoons at a flea market. They were so cute that I couldn’t not get them! I wasn’t sure how I would use them back then, but they are just the right size for this chocolaty treat!

I love how the chocolate chips melt into the brownie. It’s only a few blissful bites – and every one I savour! I don’t sweets as often anymore so it’s a nice little treat for me to have.

One thing to note is to eat them hot! I find it gets hard if you leave it sit. Make it and eat right away for best results. Enjoy!
