With spring fast approaching, it is time to add new sandals to my daughter’s wardrobe. There are so many beautiful children’s shoes available at Umi which are handcrafted and durable for babies, toddlers, little boys, big boys, little girls and big girls. My children have worn Umi shoes for several years and I have always been extremely pleased with the craftsmanship, durability and stylish selection. I choose Umi because the shoes are cushioned, protect the feet and are extremely comfortable for my kids to wear for both casual and dressy occasions. I also appreciate that Umi shoes are made with high quality soft leather and other natural materials for the best in children’s footwear.
The Gemma girl’s shoe (SRP $60) is the perfect sandal for spring and summer with pretty colors such as white, light blue and fuschia pink accentuated by multi-colored dots. This fashionable sandal is not only stylish but it is durably designed so girls can wear these on their adventures to the park, leisurely walks, bike rides etc. The Gemma has a leather upper and will look great paired with a cute sundress, shorts or jeans and are very versatile. The hook-and-loop strap closure makes these very easy to take on and off so that kids can be more independent and it really stays in place without becoming loose. My daughter, Hannah loves her pair of Gemma sandals and has really enjoyed wearing them just about everywhere. She says that they are very comfortable (unlike other brand sandals she has worn) and she likes that she can run and play while wearing these shoes. I like that these sandals are easy to care for as I simply wipe off spots and buff out light scuff marks. Hannah does not like to wear socks so the fact that these sandals allow her feet to breathe is another bonus. The European sizing is precise and the shoes even allow a bit of extra room to grow. Therefore, I can always feel confident that I am getting my monies worth from each pair of Umi shoes that I purchase for my children. We love the Gemma sandals in particular!
Hannah’s feet are going through a growth spurt right now so we are selecting another two pairs of shoes to purchase in the next month and we have our eye on a few of our favorites such as the Dyan II sandal (SRP $70), the Elaina B II ($65) and the Halina C II ($45). To showcase her beautiful Easter dress, Hannah and I think that the Tamela II ($65) would be our first choice as it is a lovely closed toe pink sandal that will match her outfit perfectly!
There are also some really nice new styles for little boys like my son, Jacob and big boys like my son, Adam. For example, Jacob (age six) prefers a sneaker style shoe for his adventures like the Luke (SRP $40) and the Shane (SRP $55) while Adam (age eight) likes to wear sandals like the Reece II ($55). For dressier occasions, like Easter Sunday, there are lots of choices available for boys including the Karll II ($80) and many other options.
You are invited to visit Umi to browse the entire collection of children’s shoes and purchase your favorites for spring. I highly recommend checking out the fabulous clearance section of shoes to save a bundle on additional shoes too! I have scored some wonderful deals this way and it is a great way to help me save money while stocking up.
