No. 8 Brands Pop Clock Review

I received a Pop Clock in a green monster style from No. 8 Brands for review. I’ve been looking for a clock for my younger son’s room as he’s been asking for one lately (as he sees one in his big brother’s room). I thought the green monster was cute and figured it could grown with him as I can foresee him being the tough one to get out of bed for school in the morning! I put in batteries and set the time and placed it on my son’s dresser. I think it’s cute and fun, and I like that it’s digital, as I think that will be easier for him while he’s learning to tell time. To put the clock to the test I set the alarm and sat for a few minutes while I waited for it to go off. If you or someone you know has trouble getting up in the morning, this is the clock for you! The alarm sounded and the head of the monster popped off and rolled around on the floor. My kids thought it was hysterical – and I could immediately see how useful this would be to get you moving in the morning. In order to get the alarm to stop you have to replace the head, so you physically have to get up to stop the alarm. While I don’t have a need for it as an alarm right now, I’m holding on to this guy for my son’s teenage years! For now, it’s a cute accessory in my son’s room and he loves it. My older son is now jealous of the clock in his little brother’s room. This clock comes in a variety of colors and sells for $19.99 on the Bed Bath & Beyond site. I think this would make a cute gift for a teenager or tween for its alarm function, but it’s so cute that I think it’s great for any age as a decorative clock.
