Playtex Mom Trust Program

Disclosure: I was compensated for this post. All opinions expressed are 100% my own.

I became a mom for the first time at the young age of 20 years old. It was 1998 and I was not prepared at all! Really I had no idea what it meant to have a new baby at home. I remember feeling shocked to learn that my daughter didn’t sleep through the night. Yes, I was naive and had a lot to learn! This was back when many homes didn’t have Internet access yet, so I had to rely on advice from friends and family.

Fast forward to today and moms have a whole wealth of information and support of an online communities. I’m excited to be part of  a new North American network of moms program called Mom Trust. It includes 10 moms from Canada and 10 from the USA with some being new moms and some being moms with older kids (like me) sharing their experiences, tips and insights about the joys of motherhood. In addition, I’ll be sharing reviews of Playtex products with the help of my contributor, Elizabeth, who has a young daughter and a baby on the way! I wish Mom Trust was around when I had my first!

I’m no stranger to Playtex products. I used the Playtex® Drop-Ins™ bottles with Olivia and the Playtex® VentAire® bottles with Bridget. I also had a Diaper Genie that I think is a must for a baby’s room.

Hopefully some of my experiences can help others and that’s one of the main reasons why I’m excited to be taking part in the Mom Trust program. I remember feeling so lost with my new baby at home and would have loved to have known that I wasn’t alone and that other moms were going through the sames things I was.

I hope you’ll follow along for the next 11 months as I share both reviews and my experiences as a mom with you. Make sure to check out the Playtex Mommyville website for loads of information about Playtex products and connect with other moms. Also, join the Playtex Mommyville Facebook page for tips, coupons and more!
