Brother P-Touch Electronic Labelling System
Disclosure: I was not compensated for this post. I received reimbursement for the purchase of the Brother P-Touch Electronic Labelling System. Opinions expressed are my own.
I consider myself a fairly organized person. I like my house to be neat, uncluttered and everything put away. The renovations have been taking their toll on me because I like knowing where everything is. It’s stressful living in so much chaos when you’re used to having everything a certain way. Thankfully, the renos are winding down and I can get my house (and life) back together again.
I’ve got a handy tool to help me on my organization quest: the Brother P-Touch PT-D200 Electronic Labelling System! I’ve already started using it in the rooms where the renovations are done. I think I’ve gone a little “label crazy” as I want to label everything in my house! Let’s call it a label frenzy.
The Brother P-Touch is simple to set up and use. It has one-touch keys to easily access fonts, symbols, frames and patterns. With the graphical display, you’ll also be able to preview the label before it prints. There’s 8 professional fonts to choose from, more than 600 symbols and 95 frames. It can even print 2 lines of text if you like.
It uses “TZe” tapes up to12 mm wide and is good for both indoor and outdoor. The tape is laminated for durability and has a splitback for easy peel and stick. The Brother P-Touch takes 6 AAA batteries or an AC adapter. You’ll need to purchase them separately.
I use expandable file folders to hold my receipts for each tax year. I keep the folders on my shelf in my office. Previously I’d written what was inside each one on a label in ink, but I wanted to replace the labels with some better looking ones. I used the Brother P-Touch to label all the folders and they look much more organized now!
Another project I’m planning with my Brother P-Touch are labelling the totes in my basement. I have no clue what is in all of them and I hate having to dig around through multiple totes when I’m looking for something. Labelling them just makes much more sense.
2014 is my year to get my household in order and I feel I’m on the right path now with the help of the Brother P-Touch Electronic Labelling System!
