Scooby Doo! Stage Fright Blu-Ray + DVD + Ultraviolet Combo Pack Review

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.

My boys are big Scooby Doo fans. I grew up watching the series on TV and like to watch the show, as well as the movies, along with my boys. We have a lot of Scooby DVDs, and we were all excited to add a new original movie to our collection, Scooby Doo! Stage Fright, from Warner Bros.

Scooby Doo! Stage Fright Blu-Ray + DVD + Ultraviolet Combo Pack Review

We received a Blu-Ray + DVD + Ultraviolet combo pack of Scooby Doo! Stage Fright from Warner Premier for review. This is an original movie that pits Scooby and the gang against a mysterious phantom that haunts a local opera house – the same opera house that is hosting a talent competition that Fred and Daphne are competing in. Scooby and the gang go on a hunt to find out who this mysterious phantom is, and they get quite a surprise when it turns out there may be more than one trying to sabotage the contest! My oldest son loved the action in this movie as well as the music. He insisted that we watch it again as soon as it ended. I liked that there were a lot of recent pop culture references in this movie and it seemed new and fresh – even though it still had “classic Scooby” characteristics. What I also like about this movie is that there isn’t any inappropriate language, and the “scary” scenes were really mild and didn’t scare off either of my boys. It’s nice to have a movie we could all watch together, and I’m glad to watch this one over and over with my boys.

This movie features the voice talents of Wayne Brady, Mindy Cohn, Vivica A. Fox, and more. It would make a great gift for the Scooby fan in your life. You can pick up this Blu-Ray combo pack online at the WBStore for only $17.29.

Here’s a scene that’s one of my favorites – classic Scooby and Shaggy!
