IAMS SO GOOD! Doggie Café Giveaway
Disclosure: I am a P&G mom. As part of my affiliation with this group I receive products and special access to P&G events and opportunities. The opinions on this blog are my own.
I’m a cat owner now, but growing up I only ever had dogs. My first dog was named Czar and he was a black lab. We got Czar when he was 5 years old from a military family who was being posted overseas and couldn’t bring Czar with them. Czar and I were the same age and I immediately developed a bond with him. In fact, he used to sleep with me at night either on the floor beside my bed or sometimes he would hop up on the bed with me.
Czar was an extremely special and gentle soul. We took him for walks with no leash and he would never run off. He would even do his business backed up into a bush so there was never any doggie mess to clean in the yard. His previous owners trained him well.
Czar loved people and would greet people at the door with a huge grin. I’m not kidding. He actually smiled at people! Mind you it looked a little scary because he was showing all his teeth, but you knew he was going to hurt you because his tail was going like crazy and he was so excited.
Czar passed away when I was 14 years old. I still get teary thinking about him to this day. I’ve never met another dog quite like him and he was a part of our family. I’ll never forget him.
So I got off on a tangent there reminiscing about Czar, but what I wanted to share with you today is the launch of IAMS SO GOOD! dog food in Canada. What’s even more exciting is that IAMS is promoting this new dog food with Doggie Cafes across the country. This way you’ll be able to learn more about the new dog food and your dog will have a chance to try it out! It’s made with no added sugar, dyes or artificial colours. There will also be fun activities for dogs and owners alike including a photo booth, slot machine and of course, sampling stations.
