CasePics Review
Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.
A few weeks ago it happened. The inevitable. I dropped my iPhone. On concrete. Totally smashing the glass. Lucky for me I was only days away from being eligible to upgrade my phone – which I had planned to do anyway. So I was moving on up from an iPhone 4S to an iPhone 5. Of course one of the big decisions for me was going to be a case cover for my new phone. Getting lucky once again, the opportunity to review CasePics.com came along and gave me the chance to try out a new company that promises great products at low prices.
I received a custom photo iPhone 5 case for review. The ordering process is simple – pick a case, upload a photo, and CasePics.com prints it. You can even upload pictures directly from your Facebook and Instagram accounts. All cases are printed within two days of being ordered, which means whatever case covering you choose, you don’t have to wait long for delivery! When I received the case I was really impressed with how my photo looked – the image is crisp and clear. I like the quality of the case itself as well – the rubber case fitting fits snug and protects my phone from everyday life being thrown into my purses, diaper bags, pockets, etc., while still giving me access and use of all my ports and controls. The picture is printed on a hard shell that’s removable, so you can switch up your case photos without having to remove the case fitting every time. This is a great phone cover – I would order again in a New York minute! And not only is this a great product, but it comes at a great price. The iPhone 5 custom photo case cover is only $19.99.
CasePics.com is a family-owned business committed to delivering the highest quality cases at the lowest possible price. The case from CasePics.com are made from a tough hard plastic polymer in very slim and stylish shape and helps protect your phones from everyday bumps and dirt. They currently offer cases for iPhones, iPads, and the Galaxy S3.

Perhaps if I were being paid to post a positive review, my experience with Casepics.com would have been more posiitive. As it is, I placed my order on June 12, 2013. On June 19, I checked the website for tracking information and found none. I had not received a shipping confirmation so I emailed customer support to request shipping information so I could know when to expect my case. It was stated on the website that my email would be responded to within 24 to 36 business hours. I did not receive a reply until June 26. (Maybe their business hours are a 1/2 day per week.) Their response to my request was to say that the shipping label had somehow been ripped and the package returned to their office. They supposedly repackaged it and shipped it again. I received a shipping confirmation this time, but it did not state the date of the shipment or any tracking information. I had posted a comment about my concerns on their Facebook page and received a message from someone who had experienced the exact same scenario — ripped shipping label and all. I will know by July 8 whether this is a scam. (I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by allowing a few extra days to account for weekends and the Independence Day holiday.)
Sorry, I know you were not financially compensated, but it appears you did receive a free case which constitutes compensation. Just wanted to clarify that. A company might give you preferential treatment since you are, in essence, a potential advertiser for their product. The rest of us might not be treated quite so well.
