Bright Starts Having a Ball Press & Zoom Pals Review

My son has recently hit a phase where he is completely obsessed with things that go: cars, buses, planes, trains, trucks- if it has wheels, he is all about it. He loves to race his cars and gets excited whenever he gets new ones. When he came downstairs and saw the Bright Starts Having a Ball™ Press & Zoom Pals™ I had received for review, he couldn’t wait for me to get them out of the package so he could play with them.

Bright Starts Having a Ball Press & Zoom Pals Review

Ideal for ages 6-36 months, the Press & Zoom Pals ($9.99 each) are a great size for little ones. The larger size allows them to get a good grip on the toy. There are four different models, including a girly pink roadster and three options that are more neutral: a jeep, a fire truck and a plane. We received the fire truck and plane and my son really enjoys the sound effects each one makes. Each vehicle features a character ball that rests in the seat and is pressed down to get the vehicle moving. The Press & Zoom Pals fire truck features an adorable Dalmatian dog and the plane has a funny frog. Each time you press down, a sound effect or melody plays. My son loves to make them go just as much as he loves holding them and pressing the button to hear the sounds and music. Both are very colorful and encourage engagement, activity and the development of gross motor skills in keeping with the theme of the entire Having a Ball™ line. This product also meets Bright Starts’ goal to provide families with fun, educational and affordable options for play.

You can find the Having a Ball Press & Zoom Pals and other products from the Having a Ball collection, either in-store or online through Toys R’ Us.
