  1. Try to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day rather than 3 large meals.
    It will go into starvation mode and hold on to all the fat, in case it doesn’t get another meal. Alcohol will also cause you to crave fatty, sugary junk foods – anyone who’s ever had the
    desire to consume burgers, kebabs or a big fry-up after a night out will
    attest to this fact.
