  2. I know how hard it is to lose weight while those around you are not eating very healthy. There’s always something to tempt you. Keep focused though. You are doing great and you can do it!

  3. Do you use “my fitness pal” ? Its an awesome free app with tons of info to choose the best option when eating out as well as to track excersize and calories. And every bit of excersize helps! Even a walk around the neihborhood with your kid or playing tag 🙂 congrats on your progress!

  5. Hmmm, so have you lost weight without exercising? I have lung disease and thyroid disease,along with degenerative bone disease, etc… I was in a wheelchair for quite awhile so I gained a lot of weight. I am out of the wheelchair for now. I am not able to do much exercise and diet drugs are totally out the question.

  6. Congrats on your prograss. Look at it this way you’re 134 and I’m 225 and my ideal weight is about what you way now, so good job

  7. Weight loss should be so simple, but I know from experience that it takes a lot of work, in my case I always had a hard time when I was super close to my goal (like you are now)! Keep at it. 135 has been my goal for years, but right now I’m pregnant with twins and can’t exactly work on that!

    Tried Nutri isystm when it first came outand had nonluck.
