Le bebe Coo Review & Giveaway (US)

Discovering a natural skin and hair care line for babies and children that is also luxurious can be a challenge but Le bebe Coo® has succeeded brilliantly

Le bebe Coo® has a complete line of all natural shampoos, conditioner, lotion, massage oil, diaper ointment and even baby “lipstick”. There are no harsh chemical smells just refreshingly pleasant scents from high quality herbal ingredients such as sage, rosemary and basil that pamper and soothe baby’s tender skin and fragile hair.

My daughter and son have extremely fragile skin as a result of eczema and skin allergies. Le bebe Coo® Nourishing Lotion ($26) effectively moisturizes their tender skin with exotic Acai Oil, olive and coconut oils and vitamins with absolutely no irritation at all. In fact, the antibacterial property of this lotion seems to have helped to clear up some of the more reddened areas around their knees, elbows and feet. A small amount of this product gives a lot of coverage and it has long lasting effects.

The Head-to-Toe Wash ($22) is another excellent product for bath time. It has a gentle suds action that left my children clean yet their skin was still soft and supple. It is hypoallergenic and it passed the “tear free” test with my own children who love when I add just an extra drop of this cleansing gel to their bath water while they soak.

The Massage Oil is so rich and luxurious with absolutely no greasy residue. I use this on my daughter’s “hot spots” (knees, elbows, feet etc) and it absorbs almost instantly. She also has severe asthma attacks and this massage oil has been invaluable recently as I would give her a massage between treatments to relax her and help her to fall asleep after an attack.

Le bebe Coo® also has a wonderful hair care line which is perfect for my children’s fine, fragile hair that has been damaged after a summer spent in our pool and the Florida sun. Offerings include three color enhancing shampoos ($22) for blondes, brunettes and red hair. I used these shampoos for my children who range from blond to light brown hair and I love the subtle enhancement to their hair color which gives it a lovely natural shimmer and shine while effectively cleansing, not stripping the hair.

I absolutely adore the Leave-In Conditioner Detangler which has ended my daughter’s tears as I try to comb through her wet hair after shampooing. This spray on natural formula helps the comb glide effortlessly through her hair and tangles are virtually eliminated!

The Baby “Lipstick” ($16) is a wonderful balm made from shea butter and helps pamper and protect fragile lips from the sun. On a recently trip to the beach, I applied this to all the kids and even enjoyed using it myself too!

For tender bottoms, the Diaper Ointment ($16) is soothing and it has ingredients to help heal sensitive areas. I actually found that this also works great to sooth the bothersome itching that Jacob, my four year old has as a result of a severe keloid burn scar on his arm/wrist. He actually asks me to apply this to his scar every night before bed because he said it “makes my scar feel really good and it doesn’t itch anymore.”

I am very pleased with the naturally derived products at Le bebe Coo® and would highly recommend it as an alternative to chemical-laden products. After all….aren’t our most cherished little ones worth it?
