Funny Face Fruit Review

Now that my two sons pay attention more to what I’m eating, I try to make smart choices in my snacking. I want to set a good example for them. But, I still want to enjoy myself and have a tasty snack at the same time! I’m always on the lookout for snacks that are healthy, but also tasty and fun. Now I’m happy to say I’ve found a product that lets me show my kids that snacking can be healthy and fun at the same time – Funny Face Dried Cranberries.

Funny Face Dried Cranberries is a product of Decas – a company with over 75 years of experience in the cranberry business (so you know they know what they’re doing!). Funny Face is set to debut at select retailers and at this fall and is being marketed as a healthy snack for kids, but I have to add that it is equally as appealing for adults. Fat free and available in four flavors, Funny Face Cranberries deliver the health benefits you would expect from the berries, including antioxidant and anti-adhesion benefits.

I received a Funny Face Summer Fun Pack for review. The pack included a re-usable tote, a t-shirt, a beach ball, balloons, a “mood pencil”, stickers, a chip clip, recipe cards, and, of course, some yummy Funny Face cranberry snacks. I received two flavors of Funny Face – Choo Choo Cherry and Freckle Face Strawberry. Since my oldest is a huge strawberry fan I decided to dive into that bag first. I popped a cranberry in my mouth to test it out and was immediately in love – the taste and texture were wonderful. My reaction to the snack made my oldest excited to try it, which made me happy. Both flavors were chewy and delicious – and very addicting! It’s easy to go through one bag in a sitting! Each 5oz bag will have an MSRP of $2.99.

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.
