Last year I was beyond excited to win an iPad2. It’s great to bring with me when I’m traveling and I use it lots for reading with the Kindle app and also for stumbling when I’m bored. However, my daughter Bridget has confiscated the iPad2 as her own. She LOVES to play games on it and is pretty tech savvy for a 7 year old girl.
We’ve purchased a few accessories for the iPad like a case for travel and storage and an iPad keyboard. Recently, we received a CushPad which is basically a pillow for your iPad so you can hold it comfortably.
So what is a CushPad anyways? It’s a specially designed cushion that holds your iPad securely on even or unstable surfaces. Ever try answering emails with an iPad & the keyboard and the iPad is flat on the desk? Trust me, it’s not easy to do! The CushPad holds the iPad up on the table so I can easily see what I’m doing. I also love using it when I’m reading on the couch. I can sit with my knees up and the CushPad comfortably placed on my legs and read my book for hours. It’s much better than having to hold the iPad by itself.
Bridget loves it! She keeps the iPad in the CushPad even she isn’t using it. She can play her games and keep herself busy while I get work done. She can hold it either in a vertical or horizontal position. It even has a heavy duty nylon handle so she can carry it around. It’s in there very securely so it won’t fall out (I checked to make sure first!).
The CushPad is compatible with the iPad2 or the new iPad. The cover comes off easily so you can put it right in the washing machine to clean it. This is a must especially with kids!
I’m hoping to get the new iPad since my daughter has pretty much claimed the iPad2 as her own. I’ll be picking up another CushPad…maybe this time I’ll go for a red one!
You can buy your very own CushPad on their website for $29.99. It’s currently available in black, red, green and blue and they ship worldwide!
