Week 45 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
After enjoying a meal for our anniversary, I really concentrated on making better choices when going out with friends and family for meals. It all paid off–I reached my all time lowest weight this week. I have definitely had my fair share of ups and downs on Nutrisystem, but I have learned that the only one standing in my way of continuing to lose weight is myself and bad judgment calls.
We switched when I eat my lunch and dinner Nutrisystem meals, and that has made the biggest difference for me. I am still switching those meals, and it is helping me to maintain and lose, depending on the day.
