    Can I Use Frozen Cauliflower?

Yes, you can use frozen cauliflower. If you want frozen cauliflower or cauliflower rice, be sure to thaw it completely and drain any excess water before assembling your crust dough. If your cauliflower is too soft to be grated, you can always dice it by hand or use a food processor.

    Can You Taste The Cauliflower?

No, you can’t taste the cauliflower in this recipe. But if you think you can still taste the raw cauliflower, add more herbs and spices.

    How To Make Crispy

If you want a crispier crust, roll it out thin and remove as much liquid from the cauliflower as possible.

    Toppings

Use your favorite toppings like you would on a regular pizza crust.

Since the pizza only cooks for a few minutes with the toppings, make sure they’re all pre-cooked! You can always brown sausage or caramelize onions while the cauliflower crust bakes.

How Many Carbs in Cauliflower Pizza Crust

The carb counts will always vary per recipe and depending on what you put in it. When divided into six equal slices, this cauliflower crust pizza recipe is about 6g net carbs without any toppings.

If you’re on a keto diet, measure your serving sizes and pay attention to the nutritional labels. Most keto diet guidelines recommend keeping your net carbs between 15g and 30g per day.

How To Reheat Frozen Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Like a frozen pizza, you can bake it without thawing and top the frozen crust with your favorite sauce, toppings, and cheeses. When the crust is frozen, I recommend cooking it at 425 degrees F for about 10 minutes or until it is completely reheated and the cheese is melted.

    FAQ

How do you freeze a cauliflower pizza crust?

If you want to store them longer, these cooked cauliflower pizza crusts will last up to 3 months in the freezer. Here’s how to freeze the cauliflower crust so it stays fresh. Wrap the crust in parchment paper and place it in a freezer-safe food storage bag. Then, place the bag in the freezer.

Do I need to use a food processor?

No, you don’t have to use a food processor. You can make cauliflower rice by shredding a head of cauliflower with a cheese grater. Or, you can use pre-riced cauliflower and save yourself a lot of time.

Why do I have a soggy crust?

Your crust is probably soggy because you left too much water in the riced cauliflower. If you don’t have cheesecloth, paper towels can work, too. Squeeze the towel until it stops dripping water. You’ll likely get a crispy cauliflower pizza crust when you remove the moisture.

How many servings does this make?

This recipe makes about six servings.
