Week 42 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
For the past week (this is now week 42 on Nutrisystem), I have been switching my lunch and dinner meals and add-ins to see if that will make any difference with weight loss and inches. For me, it seems the weight comes off easier than the inches. I’m happy with still losing weight, but I had hoped to see more inches gone by now.
I’ve been really pleased with the results I have seen so far. I’ve finally dipped below 135 lbs. and weighed in this week at 134.6 lbs. Yay! Now that summer is in full swing, we’ve also been more active outside with swimming and playing at the park, so I am sure that is helping out quite a bit. I am just really happy that I don’t feel stuck anymore, and hope that this progress continues!
