Week 40 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
I was very happy with the progress I made in week 39 on Nutrisystem, and a bit disappointed that the scale went up this week, back to 135.4 lbs. Looking back on past weeks, I saw that I often remained at 138 lbs. for several weeks before finally going down to 135 lbs., which now seems to be my maintained weight.
I know that if I want to continue to see a loss that I will have to not only concentrate on the foods that I am eating, but that I also need to start getting serious about exercising again. I have learned from past experience that I do not enjoy working out at the gym, and that any sort of exercise that I do will have to be done in my own living room. I have a few great DVDs that I need to start using on a much more regular basis.

- Waist: 30 inches
