Thermos Review + Product A Day Giveaway (Can)

Are you hot enough yet? Here in Nova Scotia, our temperatures have been in the low 20s so it’s still quite comfortable. However, my parents in Ontario are experiencing a heat wave! I do not envy them right now at all. I hate being hot!

It’s important to keep hydrated especially during these heat waves. I usually bring water with me everywhere I go. That’s me trying to get in my daily 8 glasses but it’s also to stay cool. Nothing beats a cold drink on a hot day right?

One product that I absolutely adore are Thermos Hydration Bottles. Drinks stay cold for a whopping 12 hours using Thermos vacuum technology!! I’ve been keeping mine filled with cold water and it’s always there for me when I want to cool down. John likes to take it with him when he’s out mowing the lawn. It saves me from running back and forth to the sink to get him a glass of water so I don’t mind sharing.

The Hydration Bottles have a sleek stainless steel design and come in four colours: teal, plum, black and white. On the lid, there’s a button you push to open the top and reveal the sip spout. It’s also dishwasher safe.

The Thermos Food Jars work great for both hot and cold foods. Using the Thermos vacuum insulation technology, it will keep your food hot for 5 hours and cold for 7 hours. In the winter months, I plan to use it for soup for John to bring with him to work for lunch. Right now, though, I’ve been putting cold food in it like macaroni salad and bean salad. Like the Hydration Bottles, it’s also made from Stainless Steel and is about 10 oz in size.
