Week 36 on Nutrisystem #NSNation

I had hoped that most of the weight I gained over the past week or two would disappear now that I was back home from my trip and back on my normal Nutrisystem routine. Unfortunately, it is seeming as if the weight is bound and determined to stay put. I did see a drop from last week, though a small one. This week’s weigh-in was 139.2 lbs. I’ve set myself back a bit, but I know what I need to do to lose the weight.

Thankfully, I have not seen an increase in inches, but I also haven’t seen much of a decrease in inches since I very first started on Nutrisystem. I’m honestly not sure if it’s better to lose inches or pounds, or what makes the bigger difference in a person’s appearance. I’m sure it’s a little bit of both.

Over the next few weeks I really want to concentrate on stepping it up as far as exercising since I know that it is just as important as following Nutrisystem as closely as possible.

  • Upper Arms: 11 inches
  • Waist: 32 inches
  • Hips: 38 inches
  • Thighs: 20 inches
