Pop & Lolli Review

When you live in a rental, it can be really hard to decorate, especially in a child’s room. You want to go crazy and paint everything, but then you’d have to repaint when you left. I’ve found that one of the easiest ways to get around this is with wall decals. Some of the most fanciful and beautiful decals I’ve found are from Pop & Lolli. Pop & Lolli are a US-based company started by a mom who didn’t want her child’s walls to be boring. With a Master’s in Architecture, a love for color, and experience as a Disney imagineer, Mia knew she could create something that would truly immerse her child into a fun and fanciful environment.

The decals come in a great selection. There is truly something for everyone. My personal favorites are the pirate ship, sailing seas, and the height chart with elephants, crocodiles, and lions in it. In addition to the wall decals for your children, they also have decals for holidays and special occasions. They are all reuseable and resealable. They are super easy to put on. You just peel, place, and smooth them onto the wall. If you want to move them you just peel them off and then re-attach them wherever you want.

The people at Pop & Lolli sent me the Build-a-bot decals to check out. CJ and I loved them. We use them more as toys than as wall decals. The decals come all on one sheet and then you peel them off to put on the wall. It comes with 47 decals, including 9 robot heads, 3 pairs of glasses, 6 bodies, 8 pairs of body parts, and 9 sets of limbs.

I let CJ pick out the body parts and then I put them together. He had a ton of fun. He’s obsessed with glasses because his dada wears them, so you’ll notice that all the robots had to wear glasses.

In addition to making these great decals, Pop & Lolli also has a great charity component. The founder, Mia, is originally from South Africa. So with every purchase of a set of decals, educational materials are provided to help out a child in South Africa.

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.
