Contour Core Sculpting System Review
After giving birth in 2005, 2006 and 2007, I lost all the tone and strength in my abdominal muscles. I was very interested in learning more about the Contour Core Sculpting System, not because I unrealistically want to have six-pack abs but because I want to rediscover strength in my core muscles. Since the Core Sculpting System uses a whole body approach i.e. eating sensibly, exercising and eStim through using the Ab Belt with the Contour M2 muscle stimulator, I was eager to incorporate this program into my routine.
What exactly is eStim? The technology behind the Contour Core Sculpting System is Electromuscle Stimulation devices which “generate electrical impulses that trigger an action potential in muscle nerve fibers” I learned that EMS devices are FDA approved for use in “strengthening, toning and recovering health muscles.” It is very important to me that I only use products that are deemed safe for use as directed and a physical therapist friend of mine mentioned that she has used a similar device in her sports medicine practice.
The Contour Core Sculpting System includes a Contour® M2 Electronic Muscle Stimulator which has six programs (four have five levels each) for a total of 22 programs to choose from based on your level. The EZ Read “heads up” LCD display with backlighting makes it easier to use, especially when I first started the program.
The Ab Belt included in this Contour Core Sculpting System is designed to work with the Contour® M2 Muscle Stimulator device. It fits comfortably under my clothes and I wear it when I am working out. It even provides additional support because of the body hugging design. The goal of using it is to target four zones of the abdominal region to “maximize muscle contractions for a superior workout.” It does not hurt at all when it is in use (and the intensity level can be adjusted to your individual comfort level) and actually feels like a series of pulses to the area. I did have a bit of soreness the next day as though I had done an intense workout which was very encouraging to me.
What is included in the Contour Core Sculpting System which is now on sale online for $179.80? You will receive an entire system designed to help you with total-body training i.e.:
- Contour CoreBelt™
- M2 Electronic Muscle Stimulator
- 4 AAA Batteries (For Immediate Use)
- 4 Electrodes (Contour Gel Pads)
- Use and Care Manual
- Diet and Exercise Guide
- Instructional DVD
- 1 Year Warranty
- Travel/Storage Clutch
- Contour Fitness Plan
While using this program, I also incorporated the Contour LIFEPRO Cold-Filtered Whey Isolate Protein ($49.95 for 30 servings) which is a very helpful way for me to have nutrition at breakfast. Though I typically eat very healthy whole foods, I frequently found myself skipping breakfast and with LIFEPRO, I was able to quickly shake up a delicious, filling protein shake for breakfast. When I use a whey protein supplement in my daily diet, I notice that it is much easier for me to lose weight while building muscle and toning up. Each serving of LIFEPRO has 27 grams of whey protein which is the only type of protein that I use and NO fillers which is also important to me. Both the Dutch chocolate and French vanilla are very tasty and there is no chalky after taste. The premium cold-filtered process has made it easier on my stomach (I have had no digestive issues) so I look forward to my daily serving.
There is so much more for you to learn about the Contour Core Sculpting System and LIFEPRO so you are invited to visit the website to get more information or to purchase the system for yourself. I love checking out the success stories! While I do not have six pack abs (nor will I ever), I have lost a total of 17 pounds and 2.5 inches from my waist and abs while incorporating this program along with a healthy eating plan and LIFEPRO.
