Week 32 on Nutrisystem #NSNation

On Nutrisystem, I have slowly been losing extra pounds. On my 32nd week, I saw another loss, and am now at 135.4 lbs. I’ve also lost inches, though it is hard for me to visibly see the difference on myself.

This week while I was reflecting on this weight loss journey, I decided to go back and read some of my earliest posts. The results were shocking to me.

When I started, my upper arms were 13 inches. Now they are usually somewhere around 11 inches, sometimes a little less. My thighs were 23 inches. They are now 20 inches. My waist was 33 inches, and it is now 32 or 31, depending on the week.

I may not be able to see the difference, but my husband has commented on it over the weeks, and the numbers don’t lie. I didn’t think the weight or the inches would ever come off, and that I would just have to accept that I was 153 lbs. and heavier than most of my friends. But adjusting my diet and being more active has shown me otherwise.
