Saturday Featured Blog | Coping with Frugality

Welcome to Simply Stacie’s Saturday Featured Blog! If you would like your blog featured, please fill out this form.

Today I would like to welcome Amanda from Coping with Frugality! I had a chance to learn more about herblog and here’s what she had to say…

Please tell me about yourself.

I am a mom to a beautiful 19 month old girl. I am also a full time attorney working outside the home 4 days a week. I love to cook and enjoy coming gup with fun and healthy meals for my family. We have a huge garden every year and I love introducing my daughter to new, fresh, and organic vegetables.

Please tell me about your blog.

Coping with Frugality started off as a recipe and gardening blog. When we had our daughter it transformed into a parenting blog. Having a child made us become much more aware of the chemicals that are present in our every day lives. We now strive to be as “green” as possible and I love showing my readers that you can be green and organic while living on a budget.

How did you get started?

I just wanted a place to share my recipes and garden tips.

Who does your blog appeal to?

Parents of young children, people looking to go green, and anyone who loves to find new, fun, and healthy recipes.

What direction do you see your blog going in the future?

I hope to continue to grow and bring the products of amazing companies to my readers.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far with your blog?

Finding the time.

What do you love about blogging?

The amazing people and companies I have met.

Do you have a blogging pet peeve?

There are so many new social media and networking devices coming out it seems every day and I have a hard time keeping up.

How can people find you?
