Milk is an important part of our daily family life. My husband and I drink it as part of a balanced diet (dairy is a great part of any weight loss program). My oldest son has it every morning in his sippy cup or his bowl of cereal. My youngest turns one this month, so he’ll start on milk as part of his daily diet as well. So we’re always stocked up on milk in my house! Having bought and tried many brands, I’m glad to have discovered Over the Moon milk products.
Over the Moon offers three great varieties of milk – Fat Free Milk, Lowfat Milk and Fat Free Chocolate Milk. Even though I’m used to higher fat milk, I decided to try the Over the Moon Fat Free Milk, and I was surprised at how creamy it tasted. It’s great on its own and in a cup of coffee (especially if you like a lighter creamier coffee). The fat free version boasts 34% more calcium and 37% more protein than whole milk. The lowfat version is 1% fat and also has 34% more calcium and 37% more protein than whole milk. The fat free chocolate milk is a great way to treat your kids, while keeping them healthy. Their chocolate milk has 45% more calcium and 37% more protein than whole milk.
