Count Me Healthy Bracelet Review
For the past few months, I have been working to improve my dietary habits and as a result have lost 15 lbs. I still have 15-20 more lbs. that I would love to lose, but it has been a serious challenge for me to even get this far. I have plenty of graphs and charts online that have tracked my progress so far, but I was in need of something more effective than charts that I only look at maybe once a week, if even that.
Count Me Healthy Jewelry was founded by Chelsea Charles, who came up with the idea to use jewelry to track her daily fruits and vegetables servings. The bracelets are absolutely stunning; I am honestly not a bracelet fan, but I truly love my Count Me Healthy Mommy and Me bracelet.
I can often be quite shy about personal goals like my weight loss. When I’m online, I want to do other things that stare at a chart with my progress. I love having a tangible, beautiful reminder in my Count Me Healthy Mommy and Me bracelet.
The Count Me Healthy bracelets each contain 12 moveable beads that I can shift from one end to the other to keep track of my weight loss and gain. After this goal is complete, I can certainly find another healthy use for my Count Me Healthy bracelet. This is such a great idea, especially for someone like me who can often lose track of time. Having the bracelet on my wrist serves as a beautiful and discreet reminder of how I am trying to improve my quality of life.
Count Me Healthy bracelets come in many different styles to help you keep track of what is most important in your life, whether it’s your relationship with God or generating more positive thoughts in a day. You can even purchase Count Me Healthy bracelets in stacks so that you can track more than one goal at a time.
Wearing my Count Me Healthy bracelet when I go out to eat has even helped me make healthier choices for my meals so that I keep the weight off and continue losing it. I can even print out “Health Counts” cards so that I can track daily weight loss progress. I am so excited to meet this goal and then move on to my next one!
