Where to Buy A Media Kit for Your Blog
A media kit is a useful tool to have if you sell advertising on your site. It saves you time because you don’t have to type pricing over and over again and shows potential advertisers what your blog is all about. Many people make their own media kit. If you don’t know how or don’t have the time, then it’s worth paying someone to make you one.
I’ve started a list of sites that can design a media kit for you. One thing I would recommend you ask though is if they include edits and for how long. Remember stats and prices change and a media kit can quickly become outdated if you don’t keep the numbers up-to-date.
7 on a Shoestring: Prices start at $40 and go up to $80. I like that she includes free updates for a set period of time in the price.
Formula Mom: Media Kits are $35. She sends you a pdf and a doc file of your Media Kit. Here’s an example of one of her media kits:
Uppercase Woman: Media Kits are $100
