Week 30 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
In my 30th week on Nutrisystem, I saw a little bit of gain from the previous week, but I’m actually not terribly disappointed about it. I’m still within the 137th lb., and a lot of other factors other than what I ate this week can influence the small gain. 137.8 lbs. this week is not bad at all, and I’m proud of what I have accomplished so far in the last year regarding weight loss.
I am still checking in with my friend for support as we both try to meet our weight loss goals, and I am enjoying the occasional meal off and not depriving myself of the things I enjoy eating. With some helpful tips from my Nutrisystem family, I have been boxing up half and sometimes even more than half of my meals to take home and eat the following day so I am not consuming as many calories.
As many of you know who have been reading along for weeks, I often struggled with water intake. I’ve been doing quite well lately, making sure that the first thing that I do when I get up is grab a water bottle from the fridge and start drinking. Starting early in the morning makes it manageable to reach my water goals for the day.
- Waist: 32 inches
- Hips: 36 inches
- Upper Arms: 10.5 inches
- Thighs: 20 inches
