Week 28 on Nutrisystem #NSNation

To help myself get back on track completely with Nutrisystem, my friend and I decided that we would hold each other accountable by sharing our daily food intake with each other, exercising, and helping each other make good decisions when faced with temptation.

I finally put my foot down this week and told my husband that we absolutely couldn’t eat out anymore. Almost every time that we do, I make the incorrect menu choice, and I lose all the progress that I have made and see gain instead of loss. Until I can trust myself better, I want to avoid eating out.

This week, my 28th on Nutrisystem, I followed my meal plan almost perfectly, stayed faithful to keeping up with my friend about what I was eating and offering her support and suggestions when she needed them, and exercised 1 time with a Dustin Maher DVD.

While I didn’t see any loss–I’m still at 138.4 lbs.–a better attitude and a strong determination are going to see me through. I’m confident that by next weigh-in I will see a difference.
