138.4 lbs. seems to be my lucky number, and that is what I weigh on my 27th week on Nutrisystem. I know that I can get below that number, but it’s proven quite challenging so far. This past week I have been focusing on strictly following the meal plan and drinking more water. Of course we did end up eating out, and I think that is what killed any further weight loss. But still, I managed to go back down from 139.0 lbs. to 138.4 lbs., so I choose to focus on the little victories.
My goal for week 28 is to avoid eating out (if possible), and that if I do, I need to either stick to a dinner salad, or plan ahead (again, if possible) and check out calorie information on the restaurant’s website (if available). I also plan to start working out every other day. All that time I waste looking at celebrity gossip could be donated to working out instead!
There are a few things I want to accomplish in the next month, and I think that if I set a goal, I will work harder to achieve it. I really want to go clothes shopping at the end of March and hopefully get down to a size 6. As long as I keep this goal in mind, before every meal, I know I can do this!
