Carex Bed Buddy Bear Review & Giveaway (US)

I’m a big believer in natural pain relief. I believe that moist heat can help with a lot of everyday aches and pains. Throwing a heat pack in the microwave is something I do for toothaches, sinus issues, joint and muscle pain, etc. My husband is the same way. And we’ve practiced this with our children as well. While my children are not afraid of warm compresses, it has been a challenge to make them keep the compress on their bodies for an extended period of time (this is especially true for my active 3 year old!), so I was glad to have the opportunity to review the Carex Bed Buddy Warming Bear.

While it is a great product for all ages, the Bed Buddy Warming Bear really is very child-friendly. It’s made with 100% natural materials. It’s also a very generous size and easy to manipulate – not to mention cute and cuddly! Just a minute in the microwave produced warm paws, feet and belly on the bear. For my oldest son, the bear is a perfect size for handling his belly aches and adding a little extra warmth in his bed on cold nights. He got a kick out of having a warm stuffed animal to hug and hold. I used the bear around my neck to relieve some muscle tension – the weighted feet and paws made it easy to keep the bear in place. My husband had the same good experience with being able to keep the bear in place.

Another great option – the Bed Buddy Bear can also be placed in the freezer to create a cold pack for fever relief.

You can find more information about Carex and the Bed Buddy Warming Bear on their website and on Facebook. The Bed Buddy Bear can be found online and at select retailers with an MSRP of $19.99.
