Week 24 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
In the past few weeks, I have been getting accustomed to the new Nutrisystem meal plan: Success. I’m finding it easier to make sure that I am eating/drinking everything that I’m supposed to, but I’m seeing weight gain instead of weight loss. I read all of the instructions before I began, and I am not quite sure where things are going wrong for me.
I wanted to cry this morning when I weighed myself. The scale said 140.4 lbs. This journey has not been an easy one for me; I still crave the foods I should be giving up, I still order an occasional soda, and I still struggle with making sure I’m drinking enough water–but I’d been doing so much better! Why am I not back down to 138.4 lbs., where I plateaued for so many weeks?
I feel like the past week I have done better than any week in making sure that I am following my meal plan and keeping track of it. I was completely discouraged when I took my measurements today as well, especially for my waist. I’ve always been self-conscious about my waist line, but now it seems the number I got today is even larger than when I started on Nutrisystem several months ago.
- Waist: 36 inches
- Upper Arms: 11 inches
- Hips: 37 inches
- Thighs: 20.5 inches
