Week 23 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
Going on a 5-day vacation was probably the worst thing I could have done for myself while losing weight with Nutrisystem. I have been really, really lucky to have been maintaining the same weight for far too long. Everything finally caught up with me while I was visiting family for several days. I began to gain a tiny bit back of the weight I had lost. My weigh-in was 139.2 lbs.
I was all prepared to get back on track since I have been slacking so badly through the holidays. I packed up a bag containing all of my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts that were pantry-ready. My mother-in-law had plenty of the add-ins necessary for me to make my meal plan work, but there were a few meals that were not friendly to my meal plan at all. For example, I have been hearing about my father-in-law’s amazing lasagna for years now, so I had to try it. I only ate a small portion of it, and had salad with fat-free dressing on the side.
The lack of staying 100% on task, being prepared, and exercising has caused me to stall. Today is the start of a new year, however, and I began it strong. I only drank water and fat-free milk. I made sure I ate my add-ins and my Nutrisystem meals. I am back on track. I will exercise.
I know I had the ability to lose much more weight than I have so far, and my goal for this new year is not to try harder, but to do harder.

- Waist: 33 inches
- Hips: 37 inches
- Upper Thigh: 22 inches
