Week 22 on Nutrisystem #NSNation

During my 22nd week on Nutrisystem, a lot of big things started happening, but unfortunately for me, no big weight loss. I still maintained at 138.4 lbs. This is entirely my fault, because we had been eating out too much and I was hardly at home. Way too many things going on!

Nutrisystem shared with us some top secret information that is now live, but if you haven’t heard about it, let me tell you what I know!

Nutrisystem launched a new program called “Success” that features new menu items, a new menu plan, and the new face of Nutrisystem! Janet Jackson has partnered up with Nutrisystem because of her own struggles with body image and losing weight. Her story is inspiring, and you can read all about it in her book, True You.

I also got the opportunity to sample some of the new offerings from Chef’s Table collection. I absolutely loved the Moroccan-Inspired Chicken, and would eat that dish every night if I could. The Chef’s Table meals are super fresh tasting, and are easy to make. I am so excited about starting on the new Nutrisystem Success plan!

I didn’t take measurements for this week, but again, I managed to maintain my weight of 138.4 lbs.
